WHY RETROFIT? WHAT IS A RETROFIT?
Did you know the Seattle region experienced a 9.0 earthquake in the year 1700? And it will happen again! Houses built before 1980 have no anchor bolts and are woefully unprepared. To reduce the risk of injury, save money on insurance premiums, and protect your assets, retrofitting is essential. Retrofitting your home involves installing specialized hardware, bolts, and anchor plates to secure your home to its foundation at critical locations in your home's structure.
